 This year we had a Great party. I got heart shaped Mylar balloons for every child. Each child got a different balloon. (We have a place you can get them cheap.) I tied the balloons to Chinese takeout boxes filled with little sweetheart candies. I got the boxes at a container warehouse and I turned them inside out so the red lettering would not show. Then I put stickers on the out side and tied the balloons to them. I also made pots of love. I used 6" pot that I got a discount store and painted them white with hearts sponged on them. Then fill the pot with candy and little favors I ordered from Oriental trading. We also had some one bring the little glass coke bottles with M&M in them. They we cute.

If you think of a great party favor but you need something like Chinese takeout boxes and you don't know where to get them. Always check the yellow pages. You will not believe the cheap or discount places you can find. You may have to buy in bulk but if you and a couple of other room moms do the same thing then you can go in together of the item. 02/2000
